Udaipur city palace is situated in Udaipur city of Rajasthan state. It is one of the most visited place of Udaipur city and Rajasthan. This places is built by Sisodia Rajput family after they shifted their capital from Chittor to Udaipur. The construction of the city palace was started by Maharana Udai Singh II in 1553. Parts of the palace now converted into the palace and they are operated by successors of Maharana’s. A part of the palace converted into the city palace government museum.
