Timings of Bathinda rose garden are morning to evening everyday. It remains open on all the days of the week. Opening time is 5.30 early morning and park should be visited in between park timings. Entry is completely free and no entry tickets are required for the admission of the park.

Visitors can reach here via public transport and via private vehicles. Parking is available here. Many people of Bhatinda came here regularly for jogging and morning, evening walk.
