UP Opinion Poll by ABP-CSDS and Lokniti

The ABP News-CSDS and Lokniti poll was released on 3 January 2017. This election survey was conducted from 5 to 17 December 2016 on 5000 people of 65 constituencies of UP. As per the poll if elections were held today undivided SP will win 141 to 151 seats, BJP will win 129 to 139 seats, BSP likely to win 93 to 103 seats and Congress will win 13 to 19 seats.

If Mulayam Singh Yadav and Akhilesh Yadav contest elections separately Akhilesh party will win 82 to 92 seats and Mulayam Singh’s party will manage to win 9 to 15 seats in upcoming polls. BJP will win 158 to 168 and likely remain the biggest party in the UP elections 2017. BSP will win 110 to 120 seats and no effect on INC seats (14-20). The opinion survey predicts the Hung Assembly in Uttar Pradesh.

Most Popular Leader of Uttar Pradesh is Akhilesh Yadav with 83% votes.

Akhilesh Yadav won the race for most popular candidate for CM with 28% votes, Mayawati got 21% votes, Mahant Adityanath got 4% votes and Mulayam Singh Yadav got only 3% votes.

As per survey, 54% Muslims are with Samajwadi Party, 14% voters are with Bahujan Samaj Party, 9% voters are with Bhartiya Janata Party and just 7% voters are with the Indian National Congress.

75% Yadav voters are with SP, 14% Yadav are with BJP and just 4% are with BSP.

55% Upper Caste voters are with BJP, 12% upper caste voters are with SP and 10% are with the Congress. Only 8% upper caste voters are with BSP.

34% OBC voters are with BJP, 23% are with SP, 20% are with BSP and only 10% are with the Congress.

74% Jatavs are with BSP, 8% are with BJP, 7% are with SP and just 4% are with INC.

56% Dalits are with BSP, 16% are with SP, 13% are with BJP and INC share is 11%.
