Khajrana Ganesh Mandir is Hindu temple dedicated to Lord Ganesha. It is most visited temple of Indore and during festival times it is filled by devotees. This temple was established in 1735 by Ahilyabai Holkar in a small hut. Nowadays, it is converted into a large complex and it is visited by thousand of devotees on regular basis. Ganesh Chaturthi, Diwali, Rang Panchmi are some festivals which are are celebrated in the temple on bigger level. This temple is mostly visited on Sunday and Wednesday. Temple remains open all days of the year for Darshan. Darshan timings of the temple are 5 AM to 12 PM. Mandir open 5 in the morning and closes at 12 PM after the Noon Aarti. Temple again opens at 4 in the noon with Sandhya Aarti and opens till 9 in the night. It closes 9 in the night after the Shayan Aarti. Temple remains closed in after noon from 12 to 4 PM and 9 PM to 5 AM in the night. Morning aarti held at the temple from 8.30 from 9.30and evening arati timings are 8 to 8.40 PM. On a normal day, Darshan of Khajrana temple can be done in a time frame of 30 minutes. Darshan during aarti time takes longer time due to more crowd.
